I generally I want to eat food that is healthy and makes me feel good. I believe taking control of what we eat is crucial to our overall wellbeing: energy levels, weight, sleep and mood are all affected by what we consume. It’s not hard to eat well and it certainly doesn’t need to be complicated; having a wide variety of store cupboard and fresh ingredients is key.

The recipes you will find here are mainly vegetarian as that is what I love to eat. Meat and fish are occasional treats and that’s the way I think it should be. So, get into the kitchen and have some fun and hope you enjoy cooking some of my recipes.
