I generally want to eat food that is healthy and makes me feel good. Eating the right balance of foods is crucial to our overall wellbeing: energy levels, weight, sleep and mood are all affected by what we consume. It never needs to be complicated; having a wide variety of store cupboard and quality fresh ingredients is key.

The recipes you will find here are mainly vegetarian. I love my veg! Meat and fish are occasional treats and that’s the way I think it should be. So, get into the kitchen and have some fun and hope you enjoy cooking some of my recipes.
